If the drum runs but the load stays cold, choose Not heating. If the load warms but stays damp, choose Not drying properly. The cycle setting, load and drying system matter when assessing the result. Tell us whether the drum turns, the clothes become warm and the cycle ends early. Note whether the problem occurs during timed drying, automatic drying or both, and whether there was recent installation or vent work. These observations help separate a no-start request from a heating or drying-performance concern without assuming which component has failed.
