Same-Day Appliance Repair

No extra fees for same-day, weekend or holiday service.

Weekend and holiday appointments are available, subject to technician availability. We do not add a surcharge because your appointment is on the same day, a weekend or a holiday. Our normal service and repair charges apply.

We explain the diagnostic charge, any applicable travel charges and the proposed repair cost before you agree to the work. Parts, labour and applicable taxes are discussed with your quote. Read our service fees and repair process for more details.

How same-day service works.

1. Call or book online and tell us what happened. Share your community, appliance, brand and the problem. Have the model number ready if it is easy to find.
2. We check availability with you. Same-day appointments depend on technician availability, your location and the service needed. We confirm the appointment by phone.
3. We assess the appliance and explain the next step. You can review the proposed repair and its price before deciding. If parts or a return visit are needed, we discuss those arrangements with you.

A same-day appointment does not guarantee that the repair will be completed that day. Completion depends on the assessment and any parts required.

When your appliance needs urgent attention.

Emergency appliance repair is available during our service hours. Call so we can understand the problem and confirm when we can help.

• Refrigerator: tell us if the fridge has stopped cooling, food is warming or water is leaking.
• Washer: let us know if water is leaking, the drum will not drain or a load is stuck mid-cycle.
• Dryer: describe whether the dryer has stopped running or is no longer heating.

We also repair dishwashers, electric ovens, electric cooktops and microwaves. Let us know the appliance and issue when you call.

Your service warranty.

Diagnosis / service calls: 10 days. Repairs without parts: 30 days. Labour on repairs with parts: 90 days. The 90-day period applies to labour; ask about the applicable parts warranty. See our warranty information and FAQs for details.
