Call 226-228-6200 or book online to request today’s availability. Our hours are 6 AM–9 PM, seven days a week. We review your appliance, address and the schedule before confirming an appointment. There is no extra same-day, weekend or holiday surcharge; standard service charges apply. Repair completion depends on the assessment and parts needed. Read about availability and fees.
Tell us your community, appliance brand and what has changed—for example, a refrigerator that has stopped cooling or a washer that will not drain. Share the model number if it is easy to find, and mention access restrictions. You do not need to know which part has failed.
The service call is waived only with a completed repair. Ask us for the diagnostic charge before arranging an assessment if you may not proceed with the repair.
Your online booking sends us a service request. We contact you to confirm availability and your appointment window. Your preferred date and time are not confirmed until you hear from us. Call if you need to change an existing request.

We assess your appliance and the problem you have reported, then explain the findings, proposed repair and applicable charges. You can ask questions and decide whether to authorize the repair before work begins.
We explain which part is needed, its availability and the next steps before you authorize the repair. If a return visit is needed, we arrange it with you once the required part is available.
Diagnosis / service calls: 10 days. Repairs without parts: 30 days. Labour on repairs with parts: 90 days. The 90-day period applies to labour; ask us about any applicable parts warranty. For a follow-up about your service, call 226-228-6200 with your service details.
