Information you provide

When you request appliance repair, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, appliance details, preferred appointment and any notes you provide. Please avoid including payment details or unrelated sensitive information.

How we use your information

We use these details to review the repair request, contact you, arrange service and keep a record of your request. Sending a service request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website services and security

Requests are stored using our website hosting services. The booking inbox is restricted to the business owner. The website uses a daily hash derived from your connection address to limit repeated submissions. Service providers may process information outside Canada.

When email delivery is enabled, the email provider processes the recipient address and message details to send repair-related messages. External images or fonts may also send ordinary connection information to their hosting providers.

Access, corrections and retention

Contact us to ask about information associated with your service request, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed in light of service, recordkeeping and applicable legal requirements.

Website activity counts

We count call-button taps, booking-link clicks, booking starts and successfully saved requests by known website page. These daily totals contain no name, contact details, form entries, query strings, external referrers or visitor identifier. The first page is temporarily remembered in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes to attribute a booking; it is not linked to your customer record. These activity counts do not set analytics cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable page attribution and interaction counting. Service requests are still saved when you submit them. Hosting services may process ordinary connection information.

Google Ads measurement

We use Google Ads to measure whether advertising visits lead to successfully saved service requests. The Google tag may use cookies and advertising click identifiers and sends technical visit information to Google. Our booking conversion sends a randomly generated request reference to avoid counting the same request twice; it does not send your name, phone number, email, address or other booking-form entries. Advertising personalization is disabled for this tag. We do not start Google Ads tracking when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Unfinished booking drafts

Booking entries are temporarily saved in this browser tab so you can return after checking another page. Drafts expire after 24 hours and are cleared when a request is successfully submitted. They are not sent to us until you submit the form. Shared devices may expose entries to someone using the same tab; browser settings can prevent draft saving.
