Requesting a visit
An online booking is a service request. The date and time you select are preferences; an appointment is confirmed only after we contact you. For urgent availability or changes to a request, call 226-228-6200.
Appliances and service coverage
We review your appliance type, brand, model, location and reported issue before arranging service. The presence of a brand or appliance on this website does not guarantee that every model or repair can be serviced.
Repair assessment and authorization
Descriptions of common problems help you explain a symptom; they are not a diagnosis. Any assessment, proposed repair, applicable charges, parts availability and warranty terms must be discussed and agreed before the relevant work proceeds. Submitting this form does not take a payment.
Service-call offer
The service call is waived with a completed repair. An assessment without a completed repair is not covered by that offer. Ask us for the diagnostic charge and any applicable travel charges before arranging service; charges must be agreed before the relevant work proceeds.
Service warranty periods
- Diagnosis / service call: 10 days.
- Repair without parts: 30 days.
- Labour on a repair with parts: 90 days.
The 90-day period applies to labour on a repair with parts. Ask us about any applicable parts warranty. For a follow-up about your service, call 226-228-6200 with your service details.
Preparing for service
Provide accurate contact and address information, including your unit number and access instructions where relevant. If your plans change, contact us so we can review the appointment arrangements.
Independent service
Appliance Specialists is an independent repair business. Manufacturer names and logos identify appliance brands and do not imply manufacturer authorization or affiliation.
Your rights
These website terms do not exclude rights or protections available under applicable consumer law.
