APPLIANCE SPECIALISTS · REPAIR GUIDES

Getting ready for your appliance repair visit.

The appliance details, access information and appointment arrangements that help make a repair visit easier.

Start with what you have noticed.

You do not need to know which part has failed to request appliance repair. Tell us what the appliance does, what has changed and when you first noticed it. A short description of the symptom is more useful than a guess at the cause.

  • Choose the brand and appliance type. Select Other / Not sure if the brand is unclear.
  • Include an error code exactly as it appears, if you have one.
  • Mention whether the problem happens every time or only on certain cycles.

Share the model if it is easy to find.

A model number helps identify the appliance more precisely than the brand alone. You may find it in the appliance paperwork or on an accessible label. Leave this detail out if finding it means moving a heavy appliance, removing a panel or reaching into an awkward space. You can still book.

Make the access details clear.

Include your full address, postal code and unit number. Add a buzzer code, parking instructions or building appointment rules where needed. Let us know if the appliance is stacked, built in, behind a cabinet panel or reached by stairs.

Keep the route to the appliance clear of loose belongings when practical. Leave the appliance installed; discuss moving or unstacking it with us before the visit. If someone else will meet us, provide their name and contact details.

Know what happens after your request.

Online booking lets you request a preferred day and a morning, afternoon or evening window. We contact you to confirm availability and the appointment; submitting the form does not reserve the time automatically.

During the visit, we assess the appliance and explain the findings and proposed work before repair approval. If parts or another visit are needed, we discuss the arrangements. Call 226-228-6200 or book online to request today or a future visit. Our hours are 6 AM–9 PM, seven days a week; all appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

Have the decision-maker and service questions ready.

Let us know who will meet the technician and who can approve proposed work. If you are arranging help for a tenant or family member, include the relevant access and contact arrangements. Ask about the diagnostic charge, any travel charge and the repair approval process before the appointment. The online request starts the conversation; it does not authorize a repair or take payment.

Your questions, answered.

Do I need to diagnose the appliance before booking?

No. Tell us what changed, when it happens and any code you have already seen. Select the closest problem or Other / Not sure. Assessment comes before a proposed repair and your approval.

Can I request today’s availability through Book Online?

Yes. Choose today when it is available in the form, or call 226-228-6200 during our 6 AM–9 PM daily hours. We review the schedule, location and appliance before confirming; selecting today does not guarantee a visit.

Should I empty, disconnect or move the appliance first?

You do not need to move or dismantle it to request service. Clear a practical route and tell us about access restrictions. Discuss appliance-specific preparation with us when confirming the appointment rather than disconnecting plumbing or wiring yourself.

TALK TO US OR REQUEST A VISIT
